Wekall, the independent title insurance agency has its headquarters at 7733 Ballantyne Commons Pkwy in the Ballantyne Area of Charlotte, North Carolina. Today, with 3 offices located in North Carolina, customer satisfaction through excellence is still our primary goal. Colonial Title has operations in Charlotte, Raleigh and Boone, North Carolina, allowing the Company to cover virtually all of North Carolina and South Carolina. The Company is an agent for all three underwriters in North Carolina, and for First American and LandAmerica in South Carolina.
