Colonial Title Company, Inc. is a service company that continuously provides to the real estate property industry by issuing commitments to title insurance, insured closing letters (ICL), and policies of title insurance to purchasers and lenders of commercial and residential properties in North and South Carolina. Within the Greater Charlotte Region, a customer relations team markets to real estate law firms, development groups, and homebuilder groups. The production team consistently delivers every request for commitments and ICL's in less than 15 minutes. Policies of title insurance are issued in an efficient and timely manner with substantial emphasis on accuracy. The management of Colonial Title Company strives to provide an enjoyable and relaxed friendly environment so our employees display a smile across the phone for every requested level of service provided.
